Availability & Flexible Scheduling
Our caregivers are available 24/7/365 days/year; overnight care is also available. Our caregivers can provide help and assistance daily, from 2 – 24 hours per day. You decide how much assistance you would like provided for your loved ones… daily, weekly and monthly.
We understand that flexibility is important and your needs may change over time. That’s why long term commitments are not required. You and your loved one decide how much help and assistance you need and the schedule that works best for you. We can begin helping you with a free home care assessment that includes a home safety evaluation.
Background Checks, Physicals & Worker’s Compensation Insurance
All Senior Solutions Caregivers undergo background checks and physicals and they are bonded and covered by Senior Solutions’ Worker’s Compensation Insurance.

We know that safety is your #1 concern when choosing a caregiver to come into your home. It is our #1 concern too, which is why we only hire experienced caregivers that you can trust! Our highly selective hiring process includes:
- Face-To-Face professional interviews and (2) positive references
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Criminal background checks
- TB testing/screening and pre-employment physical
- Certified Nurse Aide Public License Check or Onsite Competency Testing
- U. S. Office of Inspector General Medicare and Medicaid Fraud checks
- Department of Motor Vehicle record review
Ongoing training is also key to providing safe, satisfying care. Our experienced caregivers receive orientation when they begin their careers with Senior Solutions. Additionally, caregivers receive the following specialized trainings:
- National Safety Council Driver Training
- State required annual competency trainings
- Dementia Capable Care Certification approved by the Alzheimer’s Association
Our online App ensures yet another level of safety by monitoring caregiver arrival and departure times. Caregivers have access to the online individualized client care plan, ensuring communication of current, real-time information.
And of course, our caregivers are bonded, insured and covered under our Workers’ Compensation policy and Liability Insurance.
