Thanksgiving Parade at Moravian Hall Square

Our Community Fun & Engagement team hosted a Thanksgiving Parade, a joyous event that brought smiles to all! Residents, volunteers, and staff, were all part of the fun – from decorating a float, walking in the parade, to volunteering at the event, or simply enjoying the spectacle as a spectator. The parade journeyed through nursing care, personal care, and residential living neighborhoods, spreading joy and laughter.  The parade culminated in Kortz Hall where we all reveled in the festive spirit, enjoying refreshments, music, and fellowship. And of course, what’s Thanksgiving without a visit from Santa? Our very own special Santa, a cherished member of our community, made the day even more magical! WFMZ Channel 69 featured our parade on their Good News segment this morning – https://ow.ly/HWf950UcSrm.
