New Leadership Flag Award

Morningstar Living is happy to announce that Michael Daley was recognized at our recent Employee Awards event with a new award – The Leadership Flag Award. Michael is our Assistant Director of Building & Grounds and displays all of the characteristics of a great leader…determination, discipline, accountability, excellent organizational skills, communication, problem-solving and follow-thru skills, to name a few. He is transparent with team members about standards that need to be reached. Michael executes plans by guiding and propelling others in the process, measuring his own success by the growth and development of team members, and is committed to the success of the Morningstar Living organization.
