Hello Friends

Moravian Hall Square resident Bonnie Kern recently published a book called ‘Hello Friends – Letters of Encouragement.’ There was an opportunity to ‘Meet the Author’ at a special event in Kortz Hall. Bonnie read some of her letters, answered audience questions, and signed copies of her book. Bonnie first started writing encouraging letters for our Hall Circular back in 2020. Residents and staff looked forward to reading her letters each week, and she was inspired to publish the book containing 52 of her letters. The book is available for a donation of $15, with the proceeds being shared between two charitable organizations – Morningstar Living’s Good Samaritan Fund and the Faraja Orphan Care Home in Kenya, Africa.
