Every cottage home features a covered front porch as well as a covered rear patio. Each home includes lots of closet space and an option to have an enclosed four season room. Finished lofts and walk-out basements are also available with certain floor plans and site locations, giving you the option to add an additional 2,000 square feet of living space to your home. Townhomes on the campus are located within multi-story buildings and uniquely built so all living space in each townhome is on one level. Elevators provide access to individual residences within the building and to underground garage parking.
